This creative collaboration with indigenous poet & scholar Ery invites us to explore inquiries about living with greater purpose, presence & rootedness. In this 5-episode series, we’ll deconstruct the ways we connect to each sacred element – Water, Fire, Wind, Earth, and Ether. Together we have been weaving stories that gather and recall our ancestral memories. We have invited voices of sacred feminine and two-spirit leadership from various communities of the diaspora.
We’ll learn about the journeys of our guest storytellers, including astrologer Karina, Dr. Uzo , and healer, steward, and guardian Ember. Our theme song is Sumergirse by La Clave de Sol. The center point of our conversations shifts to: Land. And practice.
What seeds are you heartfeeding and nourishing in this season of crises, with the lands you steward?
We welcome back guests from season one, and invite new guests to join our circles - crosspollinating from Lenca land and across Turtle Island. We explore queer, strange solidarities, courting relationship with land. We slow down. Dive deep and spread wide.

As the days shorten and darken, we descend into the depth and decay of autumn. This series invites us into the medicine of movement to guide us through this time. Inspired by Somos Semillas, We Are Seeds season 1, we will dance our way through the 5 elements: ether to water, earth, fire, and winds.
Each class will include grounding and warm up, expand into guided movement and freestyle, and close with restorative practice. We'll leave time to reflect and share. All dance levels warmly encouraged to join.
